The New Inn welcome has most definitely improved under new ownership, not that we had too many problems with the old regime. Whilst some of the staff were a bit rigid and unwelcoming, they tended to get most cheesed off with people pitching up on a busy Saturday evening and expecting moorings and food without booking in advance and with people taking free moorings but not using the pub and, do you know what? I would probably do the same.

New owners Mark & Kim are doing their best to please everyone. Mark is there always when busy and gets stuck in glass collecting, chatting to customers and doing whatever needs doing.

The food menu has been slimmed down so current dishes are improved and Mark tells us there are more changes yet to be made!

Gus, Jack, Bruce and Co. are still there for a chinwiggle, but hey, you can't have everything. .Tee.

Look forward to seeing you all very very soon guys. .k.
We All came here on different ships, but we're in the same boat now!
